About Me

I have 15 years experience as a Counselor.  I have worked with victims of domestic violence, persons with disabilities and college students.
For the past five years, I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and teens as a Counselor and a Coach.
My work is drawn from the conviction that relationships are the most significant aspect of our lives.  It is through our relationships that we develop our core belief system about ourselves and the world.   Often, our deepest beliefs about ourselves are not really true and we find ourselves stuck and frustrated because our lives do not reflect our  greatest desires and longings.  We are not living as the person we really want to be.  When we overcome limiting  core beliefs, we are free to be open and accepting of our truest potential!

I offer unconditional love, acceptance and truth as I help individuals and families gain greater awareness, power and control over their lives.
